Before you place an order you need to register on our website first MY ACCOUNT. Make sure to enter all your data correctly in order to avoid problems later.

All the items available for purchase in the SHOP section with have a BUY button below them, and unavailable items with have SOLD OUT message.

To place a pre-order or make a direct purchase you only need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the desired product. Make sure you select the correct skin tone for your doll.
  2. Choose between the different make up options available
  3. Mark the desired amount (by default purchases are limited to 1 doll per order)
  4. Add the product to your shopping cart
  5. Go to your shopping cart (it's at the top of the page)
  6. Please check that the options you selected are correct and click on CONFIRM ORDER
  7. Please check that your billing and shipping address are correct.
  8. Choose your payment method:
    • If you choose BANK TRANSFER (only meant for full payments for customers residing in the European Union) the website will provide you with the required data you’ll  need to transfer the funds after agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Once the transfer has been received on our end, your order status will change to confirm it. You will be able to check it anytime at MY ACCOUNT​. 
    • If you choose PAYPAL as your payment method (only meant for full payments), you’ll be automatically redirected to Paypal’s website after agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please refrain from making payments through Paypal that are not associated to an specific order.
    • If you want to pay your order with LAYAWAY you should choose "LAYAWAY PLAN" as your payment method and write your Paypal address in the comment section you will find immediately after selecting the payment method. You'll be sent an invoice to said address once the pre-order period has finished in order to complete the 50€ deposit payment. 2 addittional installments will be charged after that: a second installment one month after placing the order and then a third and final installment one month after that. You'll receive an invoice for each separate installment.
  9. A confirmation email with details on your order will be sent to your inbox.




How long does it take for a doll to be shipped?


Orders will be shipped through registered mail. A tracking code will be provided once your order ships.


If you placed a pre-order, check carefully the estimated time for shipping in the product’s description. Estimate time for production and delivery on dolls is 3-4 months after the initial purchase unless specified otherwise in the product’s description.


For purchases of items currently in stock you can also find the estimated time for shipping in the product’s description.


Do you accept returns/offer refunds?


Payments are not refundable, neither are the deposits or partial payments of products purchased by layaway.

Every product is thorughly inspected before being shipped. Irrealdoll is not responsible for any damage or loss a parcel may suffer during transportation.

In the improbable case that a problem like this can happen to your order you can contact us at and we will try to solve any incident, whenever possible.


Can I pay in dollars, yen, rubble, etc?


Irrealdoll will only accept EURO for payments. Any order using a different currency will be automatically cancelled.


I paid a deposit fee for a pre-order but, for some reason I can’t afford the remaining instalments. Can I get my deposit back?


Irrealdoll doesn’t offer refunds for deposits or full payments. If we find an issue with your order we will notify you first in order to fix said issue, but if after that a customer fails to complete all three instalments, the order may be cancelled. We apologize for any incovenience this may cause.


How can I learn when a new pre-order or direct sale is going to take place?

I would like to purchase a doll that is currently sold out. Will it be available again at some point?


Unless we’re talking about a limited edition, it’s very possible that it will be available again in the future. If you want to be the first to know, check our updates on our website and social media, or better yet, subscribe to our newsletter.


Can I buy more than 1 doll at the same time?


You can buy more than one doll as long as they’re still in stock, but keep in mind that purchases are limited to 1 doll per order, so in case you’re interested in purchasing several products you’ll need to complete the payment for one order before placing another order.

Every doll will be shipped as individual parcels, so shipping costs can’t be shared between several orders.


Where can I see how the different make up options look?


You can see the different make up options offered in this picture.

As you can see you can choose between three types: A (neutral), B (sad) and C (angry). You can also ask for a little bloody heart to be drawn on your Engendrito’s forehead at no extra cost, as long as you order one of the previously mentioned make up options.


Can I ask for a customized make up?


Irrealdoll doesn’t offer a customized make up service. We apologize about the inconvenience this may cause.


I ordered a doll without make up, but now I regret my decision. Can I send the doll back so you can apply make up to it?


You can only choose a make up option at the moment of purchase. Irrealdoll doesn’t offer a commissioned make up service.


I lost the certificate that came with my doll. Can you send me a replacement?


The certificate of authenticity with signature, stamp and number that comes with your doll guarantees that this doll is not a copy or a fake reproduction. Only one certificate per doll is issued, so it’s not possible for us to offer a second one in case of loss.



I’ve heard you will release a new doll next week but that day I’m not at home. Can you hold it for me?


Irrealdoll doesn’t offer reservations for its products. We want all our customers to have the same chance of buying one of our dolls and for that we will always announce new releases ahead of time. If that day you are not available, you can ask a friend or a family member to purchase it for you.


Do you ship to China?


In an attempt to stop recasters or at least make it harder for them, Irrealdoll will stop shipping dolls to China starting on late 2017. Sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused to our fans in China.


Do dolls come with a wig or the clothes pictured in the promo photos?


No. Packages don't include the wig or clothes in the pictures unless specified. Engendritos usually come with a one-piece pyjamas and a pair of glass eyes though, but still no wig or other accesories.





    •    1. Log in your account, select your product, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to CHECK OUT normally.


    •    2. Once you get to “STEP 5 – PAYMENT METHOD” choose “LAYWAY PLAN”. This is important, DON’T CHOOSE PAYPAL because that option is for full payments only.


    •    3. Write your Paypal address in the comment text field you will see below. This should be the Paypal address from which we will charge 50€ deposit for your order. If you place multiple orders, 50€ will be charged (100€ for large dolls for each one of them. Your “STEP FIVE” should look like the picture below. You’ll just need to replace “” with your actual Paypal address.

    •    4.Complete the remaining steps and place your order. At this point you still haven’t paid for the depositThat’s OK, we’ll get to that later.


    •    5. You will receive a confirmation email and your order status should be displayed as “PENDING” for as long as the pre-order is kept open (pre-order will end once we reach a determinate stock limit).


    •    6. You will receive an invoice in the Paypal account you provided in the comment section right after the pre-order period officially ends, this may take a while so please be patient.


    •    7. Once the payment is completed and verified your order will be updated from “Pending” to “Initial fee paid”. Once the invoice has been sent, a 48 hours limit will be offered to complete the payment. If payment is not received after that, we will assume the order has been abandoned and we will proceed to cancel it.


    •    8. The installment plan works like this:


    •    -The first installment, a 50€ deposit charged at the beginning (100€ for large dolls).

    •    -One month later, half of the remaining balance for your order will be charged as a second installment.

    •    -One month after that, the final half of the remaining balance will be charged as the third and final installment.


    •    9. Although the payment is already complete your doll may not be ready to ship yet since the estimated date of shipment is 4 months after placing your order. This date may be subject to changes so please be patient! We will keep you informed of any developments regarding your order.


    •    10. Customers will be responsible of providing accurate information and respecting the rules provided herein in order to make this layaway option possible. Irrealdoll won’t be held responsible of any mistakes made by the customer.

I’ll try to explain the LAYAWAY solution and the other payment methods a little bit further:


1. Paypal –> Only for full payments on day 1. You’ll be redirected to Paypal in order to complete your payment.


2. Bank transfer –> Only for full payments on day 1. You’ll receive instructions in how to transfer the money to Irrealdoll’s account.


3. Layaway plan –> Only for layaway. Payments will be done through Paypal but we’ll need to send you the invoices manually first.

Nothing will be charged to your Paypal account yet, not before we manually send you the invoice to your e-mail address. Since this is a manual proccess it may take a while to proccess all orders , please be patient!


We will send you an invoice to the Paypal address you indicated in the comment section that will allow you to complete the payment for the 50€ deposit (100€ for large dolls).


Then we will send you two additional invoices, one one month after paying the deposit and a final invoice one month after that.


Keep in mind that the deposit and the individual installments are NOT refundable, so please make sure you will be able to meet the deadlines.
